This Site and the distribution of the Remi Blaze Plugin Suite are operated by Empellex Inc. (Ontario, Canada). Currently, all plugins are provided as free downloads. Paid products are sold through a secure third-party Merchant of Record — currently Gumroad, Inc., which collects and processes your payment and billing information under its own privacy policy. We may add or change merchants of record (for example, Lemon Squeezy) in the future; the applicable provider is always shown to you at the point of checkout. Empellex Inc. is the data controller responsible for processing any information collected through your interactions with this website or our newsletter subscription lists. If you have any questions regarding your data, you can reach our team at support@remiblaze.com.

This site is built to share music and audio tools with the global community. The core site does not require user accounts or profiles to browse. Plugins are currently available as free downloads. Paid options are sold through a third-party Merchant of Record (currently Gumroad, Inc.) that handles payment on our behalf — we do not store your financial details on our servers.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with it — which pages are visited, where traffic comes from, and which plugins get the most interest. This information helps us understand what's useful to producers so we can improve the site and decide which tools to build next.

This site implements Google Advanced Consent Mode v2. The Google Analytics tag loads on every page visit, but all data storage — including analytics cookies, ad cookies, and any ad personalization — is denied by default. No cookies are set and no personal data is stored by Google until you explicitly accept via the consent banner.

Even without consent, Google may receive anonymous, cookieless signals (sometimes called "pings") from your visit. These signals contain no personally identifying information and are used by Google for aggregate behavioral modeling and conversion estimation. No cookies are set and no data is linked to you personally when consent is declined or not yet given.

If you click Accept on the consent banner, analytics storage is granted and Google Analytics will begin setting cookies to track your session. If you click Decline or close the banner without choosing, storage remains denied and only anonymous pings continue.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your cookies, or opt out of Google Analytics tracking entirely by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

If you choose to sign up for the mailing list, your email address is stored by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), a third-party email service provider. Signing up is entirely optional. We use the mailing list to notify subscribers about new plugin releases, music releases, and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email — your address will be removed immediately and permanently.

We do not sell, share, or rent your email address to anyone. Kit's own privacy practices are documented at their website.

The Remi Blaze Plugin Suite currently consists of free downloads, some of which are exclusive to Creative Pass holders (see below). Paid plugins are sold through a secure third-party Merchant of Record — currently Gumroad, Inc. (we may add or change providers, such as Lemon Squeezy, in the future). When you purchase a license you transact directly with that provider, and its own terms and privacy policy apply. We do not store your credit card or financial details on our servers, nor do we log individual download requests or tie them to identifying personal information. Our plugins currently operate entirely offline and make no network connections. Should a future premium plugin require online license activation, that will be disclosed here and will transmit only the license key needed to validate your purchase — never your DAW usage, projects, or audio.

Certain plugins in the Remi Blaze Plugin Suite are exclusive to holders of the Remi Blaze Creative Pass (or Lifetime Pass) — a one-time NFT minted on the Base blockchain. To unlock these downloads, you may optionally connect a self-custodial browser wallet (such as MetaMask). When you connect, the Site reads your public wallet address and checks, directly against the Base blockchain, whether that address holds the required pass. This check happens entirely in your browser: Empellex Inc. does not receive, store, or log your wallet address, and we never request, access, or store your private keys, seed phrase, or funds. Connecting a wallet is entirely optional and is only needed to access Creative Pass-gated downloads — the rest of the Site works normally without it. Your use of any wallet provider (such as MetaMask) and the Base network is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

The contact form on the Press Kit page submits your name, email address, inquiry type, and message directly to our email inbox via a server-side mail handler. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. It is not stored in a database, not added to any mailing list, and not shared with third parties. If you contact us directly at support@remiblaze.com, the same applies — your message is used only to reply to you. We do not add your email address to any mailing list based on direct contact alone — that requires a separate, explicit signup.

This site uses a consent banner to control cookie usage. A small cookie is set to remember your consent choice (accept or decline) so you are not asked again on repeat visits. Beyond that:

  • Google Analytics cookies — only set if you click Accept. Declined by default.
  • Kit (newsletter) — only set if you interact with the newsletter signup form.
  • Checkout — additional cookies may be temporarily set by third-party checkout tools if you access future paid plugins.
  • Advertising or tracking pixels — none. No third-party advertising tracking pixels are used.
  • Social media scripts — none embedded on this site.

Pages on this site may embed media, such as Spotify player iframes. When an iframe loads, the provider (e.g., Spotify) may collect data according to their own privacy policy. We have no control over or access to data collected by embedded third-party players.

This site has no user database. Personal data is only handled in the following places: email addresses submitted to the newsletter are stored securely within Kit, protected under their security practices; standard transaction records are held by secure third-party payment processors; and contact form submissions are delivered directly to our inbox and not stored server-side. We do not operate personal databases that hold user data. Like almost all websites, our web hosting environment automatically records basic server access logs (such as IP addresses and browser types) for security, debugging, and protection against malicious attacks; these raw logs are retained only for a limited period and are not used to track or profile individual visitors.

If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Canada, you have the right to request access to any personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Since this site collects minimal personal data directly, most requests can be addressed by contacting the relevant third party (Google for analytics, Kit for email data). If you have a specific request, email us at support@remiblaze.com, and we will help you navigate it.

If this site changes in a way that affects how data is handled, this page will be updated. The date at the top reflects when the policy was last revised.
