Genre-Driven MIDI Generator

Pick a genre, a key and a length, and get usable MIDI for drums, chords, bass, melody, stabs and arp that agree with each other. Generated from music theory, not selected from a clip library, so the output never repeats. The six parts are written in dependency order: the drums publish their kick onsets, the chords publish the harmonic grid, then the bass locks to both and the melody locks to the harmony. That ordering is why the bass stops fighting the kick and the melody stops fighting the chords.
