TERMS OF USE
Last updated: May 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website at remiblaze.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, whether browsing for information, downloading plugins, purchasing software, streaming music, submitting a contact inquiry, or otherwise interacting with any part of the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its servers or networks, interfere with any other party's use of the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems. Automated scraping, crawling, or data harvesting beyond what is expressly permitted in our robots.txt file is prohibited without prior written consent from Remi Blaze.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, plugin interfaces, and written content—is the property of Remi Blaze or its respective content suppliers, and is protected by applicable Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may share links to pages on this Site and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without express written permission.
The Remi Blaze name, logo, and the Remi Blaze Plugin Suite branding are trademarks of Remi Blaze. Nothing on this Site grants any right to use these marks without prior written permission. Use of the Remi Blaze name or logo in a way that suggests official endorsement or affiliation is prohibited without consent.
Plugin Downloads & Licensing
Plugins in the Remi Blaze Plugin Suite are available as free downloads, with additional plugins planned as low-cost or pay-what-you-want releases. Each plugin is subject to its own End User Licence Agreement (EULA) provided at the time of download. These Terms of Use govern the Site only and do not replace or modify any EULA applicable to a specific plugin.
In plain terms: Use these plugins in your music. Sell your music. License your music. The plugins being in your DAW project creates no obligation to Remi Blaze and does not affect your ownership of the music you make with them. You may not redistribute, repackage, reverse-engineer, or resell the plugin binaries themselves.
Music and Recordings
Music released under the Remi Blaze name—including tracks on Spotify, Beatport, Traxsource, Bandcamp, and other platforms—is licensed separately through the relevant distribution agreements on each platform. Music available on this Site for listening is for promotional purposes only and does not grant any right to download, sample, remix, or reproduce the recordings without a separate written agreement.
Contact Form Submissions
By submitting information through the contact form on this Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have authority to submit it. You grant Remi Blaze the right to use your submitted information solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Unsolicited Ideas and Submissions
Remi Blaze welcomes feedback on existing plugins and releases, but does not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, creative concepts, demos, plugin proposals, or original materials of any kind—including music demos, plugin concepts, preset packs, or code. This policy exists to avoid misunderstandings if future work appears similar to something submitted. If you submit ideas or materials despite this policy, you agree that Remi Blaze becomes the sole owner of the submission and may use it for any purpose without obligation, compensation, or restriction.
System Requirements and Compatibility
Plugins on this Site are built for macOS and distributed as Universal Binaries supporting Apple Silicon and Intel processors. They are not currently available for Windows or Linux. No representation is made that future plugins or updates will maintain backward compatibility with older macOS versions or hardware not listed in the individual plugin requirements.
Third-Party Links
This Site links to third-party platforms including Spotify, Beatport, Traxsource, Bandcamp, SoundCloud, YouTube, Instagram, and others. These links are provided for convenience only. Remi Blaze has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content—including plugins—are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Remi Blaze does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Audio software interacts with your DAW, operating system, and hardware in ways that cannot be tested in every configuration—if you encounter a problem, contact support.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Remi Blaze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content—including but not limited to lost revenue, missed deadlines, corrupted project files, or damages arising from plugin use—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
Changes to These Terms
Remi Blaze reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
