REFUND POLICY

Remi Blaze plugins are digital products, delivered immediately on purchase. All sales are final, with the exception below.

14-day technical guarantee

If within 14 days of purchase a plugin fails to install, fails to load in a supported host, crashes repeatedly, or produces no audio on a computer that meets the published system requirements, and we cannot fix it, we will refund you in full.

Contact support first and give us a chance to solve it. Many problems have a quick fix: quit and reopen your DAW, rescan your plugins (every DAW does this differently, so check your DAW's documentation for the steps), or try another format, since not every host loads every format.

What is not a fault

• Changing your mind, or the plugin not suiting your taste or workflow.
• Not checking before buying that your operating system, computer, or plugin format is supported. Every product page lists them.
• A problem caused by other software, an unsupported host, or a computer below the published requirements.

Honest mistakes

Accidental duplicate charges, buying the wrong product, or a tip you didn't mean to leave are not covered by the guarantee above, but write to us anyway. We look at these case by case and we would rather sort it out than have you dispute it.

Try before you buy

We publish a large catalog of free plugins and audio tools, built on the same engines and to the same standard as the paid ones. We do not offer a free edition that matches a paid product feature for feature, and in some cases a free "Raw" edition is available so you can hear a product's engine directly. Use them to judge our quality before you spend anything.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, by any route, your license ends. Please delete the plugin from your machines. Continued use after a refund is unlicensed.

Payment disputes

If you think a refund is due, email us first. Anything owed under the guarantee is issued on request, and that is faster for both of us than a bank dispute.

Where the purchase was made

Gumroad is the merchant of record for direct purchases from this site, so any approved refund is issued through Gumroad. If you bought through another store, that store's refund policy governs your purchase.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country.
