Emberex Raw sweeps your track down through a resonant low-pass filter — the same filter engine from the full Emberex. As you turn it, the cutoff drops, resonance rises into a scream, and a touch of drive adds grit: the classic DJ build/drop sweep. Resonance-energy compensation keeps the level matched, so the floor opens up with no volume jump.

One knob, hidden parameters — SWEEP is the only host-automatable parameter; the engine's filter, resonance, drive, slope, mix and output controls are each wrapped as non-automatable so they never clutter your automation list, yet still save and restore with the plugin's state.

Resonant state-variable filter — a TPT SVF maps the macro to a low-pass at a fixed 24 dB/oct slope, running two cascaded stages for the classic build/drop shape.

Oversampled drive — a 2x half-band polyphase oversampler runs unconditionally around the tanh drive stage with sample-accurate gain ramping, so pushing the sweep adds grit without zipper noise or aliasing.

Level held by physics, not auto-gain — resonance-energy compensation (1/√(1+Q²)) keeps the resonant peak from blowing up the level, so the floor opens up without a volume jump.

Constant latency and safety — latency is reported once from the always-on oversampler and never changes mid-stream; a DC blocker, an output soft clipper, a runaway-resonance panic mute, and a NaN/Inf sweep keep every knob position clean and safe.
