Forgex Raw

One knob that finishes any track. Forgex Raw is the free, one-knob version of Forgex — turn the single POLISH knob and any track gets a finished sound in one move. Under the hood it's the whole Forgex channel strip: gentle analog-style saturation for warmth and glue, a tilt that lifts the air with a touch of low-end weight, a subtle stereo widen, and light limiting that holds it all together. The lows stay mono so the bass never smears, and everything is level-matched so it sounds polished, not just louder. At 0% it's clean and transparent.

One macro, many targets — the single POLISH knob maps onto several hidden engine parameters at once (saturation drive, tilt/air, M/S width, output trim), each wrapped as non-automatable so only POLISH clutters your host's automation list, while hidden values still save and restore with state.

Warm tanh saturation and tilt/air EQ — a unity-matched soft-drive curve for warmth and glue, plus complementary RBJ shelves pivoting at 650 Hz that stay exactly unity when flat and lift the highs with a touch of low-end weight.

Widen with mono lows — an ~800 Hz all-pass decorrelation widens the sides above unity while a Linkwitz-Riley Low-End Monomizer sums the lows to mono, so the top opens up club-safe and the bass never smears.

ISP glue limiter — an instant-attack, ~50 ms-release limiter with a fixed ceiling near 0 dBFS holds the sound together and keeps the output safe.

Constant, zero latency and safety — the engine is a zero-latency insert reporting a stable PDC that never changes mid-stream, with an always-on 5 Hz DC blocker, denormal protection, NaN/Inf sanitizing, and a bounded output so no macro position runs away.
